Equal Tees
Straight branch connections for equal-branch piping systems.
An equal tee connects three pipes of the same nominal bore, providing a straight branch with equal flow area in all directions. YAJIADA manufactures equal tees to ASME B16.9 in sizes from NPS 1/2" to 48", in seamless and welded forms. Materials include ASTM A234 WPB carbon steel, A403 WP304/WP316/WP316L stainless steel and A420 WPL6 for low-temperature service down to -46°C.
Equal tees are produced by hot extrusion or welding, with branch reinforcement integrated to maintain pressure rating under full B16.9 wall thickness schedules, from SCH 10S through SCH 160. Ends are beveled to B16.25 for butt weld. We also supply reducing branch connections and sockolet/threadolet fittings to ASME B16.11 where small-bore branches are required.
Each tee is supplied with EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates. Optional PMI, radiography and third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TUV are available. Typical applications include oil and gas manifolds, chemical process piping, water and wastewater treatment, district heating and power plant service, with standard export lead times of 15-30 days.
YAJIADA supports custom branch configurations, reducing-run combinations and special wall schedules. Each stainless tee is solution-annealed, and ends are protected for transit. We can mark pieces with heat number and grade stamping, and provide dimensional drawings before production for EPC and owner approval.
