Concentric Reducers
Straight line size reduction for vertical piping runs.
A concentric reducer joins pipes of different diameters on the same centerline, keeping the pipeline axis straight. YAJIADA manufactures concentric reducers to ASME B16.9 from NPS 1/2" x 1/2" up to 36" x 24", in seamless and welded construction. Common materials are ASTM A234 WPB carbon steel, A403 WP304/WP316/WP316L stainless steel, and A420 WPL6 for low-temperature service to -46°C.
Concentric reducers are the standard choice for vertical piping runs, pump column connections and gas or liquid services where no sediment pocket can be tolerated. They are made by hot spinning or die forming, wall thickness follows B16.9 schedules, and both ends are beveled to B16.25 for direct butt-welding.
Each piece ships with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate. PMI, hydrotest and third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TUV are available on request. Our reducers serve oil and gas, chemical plants, water treatment, power and marine piping systems, exported to more than 30 countries within 15-30 days. Send your size combination and material grade for a confirmed quote.
YAJIADA supports custom length reducers, wall-thickness upgrades and special end preparations. Dimensional drawings are released for customer approval before forming. Each reducer is stenciled with heat number and grade, and shipped with bevel-end protectors in plywood cases or pallets to prevent damage during ocean freight. We also offer concentric reducers in galvanized or coated finish for outdoor and buried service, and can bundle them with matching flanges for one-stop procurement.
