90° / 45° LR & SR elbows for seamless and welded piping systems.
YAJIADA supplies butt-weld elbows manufactured to ASME B16.9, available in 90° long radius (1.5D), 90° short radius (1.0D to B16.28), 45° and 180° returns. Size range covers NPS 1/2" through 48", in seamless and welded configurations. Standard materials include ASTM A234 WPB carbon steel, ASTM A403 WP304/WP316/WP316L stainless steel, and low-temperature ASTM A420 WPL6 for -46° service.
Long-radius elbows are preferred for process lines because their larger bend radius minimizes pressure drop, turbulence and erosion; short-radius elbows are used where space is constrained. Each elbow is formed by hot or induction bending, solution-annealed when required, and ends are prepared with square bevel ends to ASME B16.25 for direct fit-up with matching pipe.
We hold EN 10204 3.1 MTC for every batch and support PMI, ultrasonic thickness and hardness checks. SGS, BV or TUV witnessed inspection is available. These elbows serve oil and gas gathering lines, chemical plants, water treatment plants, power stations and shipbuilding piping, exported to over 30 countries on standard 15-30 day lead times.
YAJIADA supports custom radii, non-standard angles and long-length twin bends on request. Each elbow can be hot-dip galvanized or coated when specified, and ships with bevel-end protectors. Our forming partners hold ISO 9001 and PED 2014/68/EU certification, making these elbows suitable for both domestic and export pressure-equipment projects.
