Pipe Nipples
Barrel, hex and short nipples for pipe connections.
A pipe nipple is a short length of pipe threaded on one or both ends, used to connect fittings, valves, couplings and equipment. YAJIADA manufactures barrel nipples, hex nipples and short nipples to ASME B16.11 and ASTM A733, in NPS 1/8" through 4".
Materials include ASTM A105/A105N carbon steel, A312 TP304/TP316/TP316L stainless steel, and galvanized options for water service. Threads are NPT per ASME B1.20.1, with wrench flats on hex nipples for easy tightening. Standard lengths include close, 6-point, and custom cut-to-order lengths to suit your installation.
Every nipple is supplied with mill test certificates and threading inspection; PMI and third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TUV can be arranged. Nipples from YAJIADA are used across oil and gas, chemical processing, water treatment, HVAC and power piping, exported to 30+ countries on standard lead times. Tell us your length and end configuration for fast pricing.
YAJIADA supports custom cut lengths, both-end or one-end threading, and special end finishes. Each nipple is thread-protected and shipped in labeled bundles. We can supply matched couplings, unions and gaskets for complete small-bore piping packages, with combined mill certificates for easier site inspection and customs clearance. We also offer galvanized and black plain-end nipples for water and fire-protection service, in NPT or BSPT threads to match your local standard.
