PTFE Gaskets
Chemical-resistant PTFE gaskets for aggressive media.
PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) gaskets provide outstanding chemical resistance across nearly the entire pH range, making them the standard choice for aggressive acids, alkalis, chlorine, solvents and pharmaceutical media. YAJIADA supplies virgin PTFE, filled PTFE (glass, carbon or bronze filled) and expanded PTFE gaskets manufactured to ASME B16.21 and EN 1514 standards.
We cut gaskets to fit raised-face, flat-face and ring-joint flanges from NPS 1/2" up to 48", in thicknesses of 1.5mm, 3mm and 5mm. Operating range is typically -200°C to +260°C depending on fill and pressure class; PTFE gaskets are recommended for ANSI 150# and light-duty chemical flanges rather than high-pressure steam service.
All gaskets are produced under ISO 9001 controlled processes, and material certificates are available. They are widely specified in chemical processing, pulp and paper, pharmaceutical, food and water treatment plants. Contact us with your flange standard, size, pressure class and medium for a matched gasket recommendation within 24 hours.
YAJIADA supports custom die-cut profiles, non-standard thicknesses and branded packaging. PTFE gaskets are shipped clean and protected, with lot numbers traceable to raw material batches. For large flange projects we can supply matched gasket-and-bolt sets to simplify site logistics and reduce procurement lead time. We also offer envelope-jacketed PTFE gaskets for higher-pressure chemical flanges, and can provide sample gaskets for trial flange assemblies before bulk orders.
