ASME B16.5 / EN 1092 / GB standard flanges in carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy.
YAJIADA manufactures and supplies a complete range of ASME B16.5 flanges in carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel, covering sizes from NPS 1/2" to 24" and pressure classes from 150# to 2500#. Our carbon steel flanges are forged from ASTM A105, suitable for service from -29°C up to 425°C, while low-temperature service uses ASTM A350 LF2 rated to -46°C. For corrosive media we offer ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F316 and F316L stainless flanges, together with F51 duplex and F11/F22 alloy options.
Beyond ASME B16.5, we manufacture EN 1092-1 (Type 01/02/11/13), DIN 2527 and GB/T 9119 flanges to match European, German and Chinese piping specifications. Each flange is CNC-machined to precise raised-face, flat-face or ring-joint dimensions, with bore, bolt-hole and serrated or spiral-wound face finishes held to B16.5 tolerances. Heat treatment, hardness testing and positive material identification (PMI) are available on request.
Every shipment is backed by EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates covering chemistry, mechanical properties and dimensions. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TUV can be arranged before dispatch. Our flanges are widely used in oil and gas, chemical processing, water treatment, power generation and marine piping systems, with regular deliveries to importers, EPC contractors and stockists in more than 30 countries.
YAJIADA supports customer-specific flange drawings, special face finishes (RTJ, tongue-and-groove) and branded marking. Standard export packing uses plywood cases or pallets with corrosion protection, and each flange is stenciled with heat number, material grade and size for full traceability from melt to site.
