Pipe Unions
Threaded and socket weld unions for easy assembly.
A pipe union is a three-piece mechanical connector (nut, male end, female end) that allows quick assembly and disassembly without rotating the pipe. YAJIADA supplies forged steel unions to ASME B16.11 in threaded (NPT) and socket-weld ends, from NPS 1/8" to 4".
Materials include ASTM A105 carbon steel, A182 F304/F316/F316L stainless steel and A350 LF2 low-temperature grade. Unions are rated to Class 2000, 3000 and 6000 per B16.11 pressure-temperature tables; A105 unions are limited to the B16.11 envelope for -29°C upward service. Sealing options include flat faced, raised-face and tapered seat designs.
Each union is supplied with EN 10204 3.1 MTC, with optional PMI and third-party inspection by SGS, BV or TUV. Unions are widely used in small-bore instrumentation, oil and gas skids, chemical piping, water treatment and fire-protection systems, exported with standard 15-30 day lead times. Send your size, end type and pressure class for a confirmed quote.
YAJIADA supports special threaded end finishes, female-female or male-female configurations, and customer logo marking. Each union is thread-protected and shipped in labeled cartons. We can also supply matched gaskets and bolts for complete joint assemblies, reducing site procurement time and ensuring compatible materials. For instrumentation and hydraulic service we offer stainless steel unions with screwed or socket-weld ends, pressure-rated to Class 6000 per ASME B16.11. Common sizes are held in stock for same-week dispatch, and custom configurations are quoted within 24 hours.
