Metal Gaskets
Spiral wound and ring type gaskets for high-temperature service.
Metal gaskets are designed for high-pressure, high-temperature flange joints where soft gaskets cannot maintain a seal. YAJIADA supplies spiral-wound gaskets and ring-type joint (RTJ) gaskets to ASME B16.20, together with octagonal and oval ring joints for B16.5 ring-joint flanges.
Spiral-wound gaskets combine a V-shaped metallic wind (304, 316 or Inconel) with flexible graphite, PTFE or mica filler, and are available with inner and outer rings for centering. They suit ANSI 150# through 2500# flanges at temperatures up to around 600°C with graphite filler. RTJ gaskets are machined from soft iron, low-carbon steel, 304 or 316 stainless for extreme wellhead and high-pressure service.
Every metal gasket is supplied with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates; hardness and dimensional checks can be witnessed by SGS, BV or TUV. Typical users are oil and gas wellheads, refineries, power boilers, petrochemical and high-temperature steam piping. Send your flange class and medium for a matched sealing solution.
YAJIADA supports custom ring sizes, special wind materials (Inconel 625, Hastelloy) and certified hardness charts. Each RTJ ring is marked with its material grade and heat number, and supplied in protective cases. For refinery projects we can bundle gaskets with matching flange bolt sets for one-stop procurement. We also supply cam-profile and corrugated metal gaskets for special flange faces, and can issue dimensional drawings for owner approval before production.
